Remember to check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 14 Days of DELIVERY at info@outdoortoys.com with any issues. We want to make sure if there is an issue that we can get you up and running and avoid any disappointment on the big day.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Returns Policy is separate to our Warranty, the Returns Policy gives you 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us if you wish to return the item for any reason and report any issues, this includes orders that are gifts, if you report an issue with the item after 14 days the item will be covered by the products warranty procedures which can be found under Our Product Warranties. Pre Order Items
We offer a full refund guarantee on all pre order items; In the event that a pre order item doesn't arrive from our suppliers as expected or will be delayed we will contact you to keep you up to date, and should you wish to cancel your order at any time before we send a despatch email to tell you your item is on the way we will refund you in full.
Christmas Delivery
We are shipping orders daily on the fastest services available, though this varies depending on the size of the item, delivery area and service selected at checkout.
With the extra strain that the increased demand for online shopping will put on the courier network our extended Christmas warranty allows you to order as soon as possible to ensure your order arrives on time and avoid disappointment, we want everyone to have the best Christmas possible and are doing our bit to make sure that happens :)
*Christmas Warranty DOES NOT APPLY TO PETROL POWERED PRODUCTS which come with a 30 days parts only warranty. Additionally, the extended Christmas Warranty offer is only available on products where Outdoortoys is responsible for the warranty. In instances where products are manufactured by Bestway and Peg Perego the warranty for these products will be provided by the manufacturers and as such not covered by Outdoortoys Christmas Warranty offer.
